BATACUDA are a group of gad about percussionists creating foot tapping, hip swiveling rhythms. A high energy cross cultural medley of percussion, circus skills and mayhem. A vibrant and colourful five person troupe, playing rhythms from around the globe even Rock 'n' Roll. Best of all BATACUDA are totally mobile, making them free to rove amongst the audience, encouraging participation along the way.
Having received standing ovations on tour with Tommy Emmanuel, Savage Garden and at the Victorian Arts Centre, the Carneval Strings have also typically been described by elated brides as “unique and unforgettable”. Over the past 10 years the Carneval Strings have performed throughout Australia and Asia. They have been regular support artists on ‘Hey Hey It’s Saturday’, ‘In Melbourne Tonight’ and ‘Good Morning Australia.’

Driven by Alana's wild violin, chased by accordion and double bass, Vardos enchant with their theatrical and lively interpretations of traditional Hungarian and Romanian music. Formed in Perth in 1993, Vardos is now Melbourne based, regularly making trips to Eastern Europe to study with folk and Roma (gypsy) musicians.
