Sarah Maclaine

Sarah is known in Melbourne (and indeed around the country) as an exceptional young vocalist and a wonderful interpreter of songs. She has worked with some of Australia's finest entertainers such as; Peter Cupples, Ross Wilson (of Daddy Cool/Mondo Rock fame), Lisa Edwards, Tommy Emmanuel and many more. Her compositions are fantastic and she does wonderful interpretations of many songs and has a very striking voice. If you happen to come across one of her performances, you can't help but stay. Sarah's style is mixed but it's mainly pop/r&b (with a touch of jazz and Latin in some of the songs). Currently, Sarah is singing around Melbourne in the act "Maclaine & Paix" (a piano/vocal duo), and also in her band "The Sarah Maclaine Four" (Playing jazz/pop and r&b).

Some of her finest credits include Winning the 'Pot of Gold' talent show (Channel 9), Singing a tribute to Ted Witthen at the North Melbourne Grand Final Breakfast (Televised by Channel Seven), Finale duet with David Jaanz, The 2001 Royal Children's hospital Good Friday Appeal (Channel Seven), Performing alongside Debra Byrne, Lisa Edward and Tommy Emmanuel for Peter Cupples CD launch and regular appearances on Bert Newton's, Good Morning Australia. Sarah has also held a residency at Grand Hyatt Melbourne as well as regular performances at Melbourne's Crown Entertainment (including; JJ's Bar & Grill, The Oak Room, The Las Vegas Room, Atrium Bar & Conservatory Restaurant), Park Hyatt, Hotel Windsor, Ritz Carlton (Sydney), Hayman Island Resort Hotel (Queensland), and many venues in Hobart, Tasmanis including Hotel Grand Chancellor, Wrest Point , Birdcage Bar, Theatre Royal & Playhouse
