Andrew Williams has been a professional singer/songwriter musician for over fifteen years. Having performed in Australia and then enjoying International success in Britain, Europe and America, he has recently returned home to Australia to continue his musical success here, where it all began…

Before leaving for the USA, Andrew was already a well known and respected performer in the live music scene in both Melbourne and Sydney. Performing as The Andrew Williams Band, Neo Classique and duo Williams and Freebain he played at venues such as The Grainstore, The Roxy, Star Bar, Intrepid Fox, Chasers, The Palace, The Depot and the Corner Hotel in Richmond. The bands also played at various Tafe’s and Uni’s throughout Australia.

Andrew is also no stranger to Australian television audiences having appeared in both Neighbours and E Street. His musical credits include both solo and band performances on popular Australian television shows such as Hey Hey It’s Saturday, Good Morning Australia, The Midday Show, The Andrew Denton Show and Roy and HG. Andrew was then thrown into the American limelight when he joined the cast of Melrose Place as Australian designer. This led to guest roles starring in other hit TV shows such as Everybody Loves Raymond and Diagnosis Murder. Residing in the USA for the last seven years, Andrew has continued to enjoy success as a musician. During this period, he performed with his band in numerous venues around California and Las Vegas. Andrew has also been fortunate enough to write with Grammy Award Winning Songwriter, Trevor Veitch as well as other well known writers Bryce Mowbray, Dan Marfisi and Bill Quaitman. Some of the original songs featured in current showcases around Melbourne are a result of these collaborations.
